Damage & Responsibilities of the Renter

1. Responsibility for Equipment

The client assumes full responsibility for all rental equipment from the time of delivery/pickup until the time of return. This includes proper handling, storage, and protection from weather, theft, or misuse.


2. Damage or Loss

  • Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the client.
  • Replacement or repair costs for damaged, lost, or stolen items will be charged at full replacement value.
  • Inspection will occur upon pickup or return. The client will be notified of any damages within 48 hours.

3. Cleaning

  • Items returned excessively dirty (e.g., mud, food, wax, tape, or permanent marker) may incur an additional cleaning fee.
  • Linens must be shaken out and dry. Mold or burn damage will result in full replacement charges.

4. Weather & Outdoor Use

The client is responsible for protecting all rental items from rain, wind, or other harmful weather conditions. Items should not be left exposed overnight or in unsafe conditions.


6. Payment & Acknowledgment

Charges for damage or loss will be invoiced and are due within 7 days. Failure to pay may result in legal action or withholding of future service.
